[UPDATE]: The issues regarding the missing bottle from my order the 200-peso shipping charge has been resolved. The staffer who helped me was very easy to talk to and did her best to resolve the issues ASAP. However, I still stand by what I said in one of my comments that the fact that something has gone wrong with 2 out of 2 of my purchases from them really makes me hesitate to recommend them despite their products being really really good. :(

So I discovered this local perfumery, Wren Atelier, after perusing this sub a while back and a few weeks ago decided to purchase a couple of their sample sprayers via their website. I saw they had a same day pickup/Grab/Lalamove option when I was checking out and decided to choose that para mas mabilis but then by the next morning wala pa ring any notif from the company saying I can pick up my order. I ordered in the midafternoon of the previous day so I would understand if maybe di ako umabot sa cutoff ng same-day fulfilment (even though walang ganung disclaimer/info sa site nila) but it was nearing noon na and wala akong nakuhang notification to pick it up so I decided to message their IG for an update and yun pala their staff scheduled my order for a Gogo Express delivery instead of leaving it for pickup kasi “they didnt notice it”. Medyo annoying (because i have ordered from a lot of local small business pero first time to nangyari sakin na yung shipping option di raw napansin o tinignan) but they reassured me I would get it by the next day and lo and behold dumating nga! The perfumes were amazing. I ordered Valensole Romance (which smells like chocolate, butter, honey with lavender–– one of the rare gourmands I'd love to wear as a daily signature scent) and Manila Oud (a smoky, citrussy, and very resinous fragrance... Kinda smells like a sexy priest HAHA not my usual but something I'd wear to a formal occasion/a date). Overall was super impressed by both samples I ordered.

So 2 days ago, I decided to order a full bottle of Valensole as well as samples of all their other fragrances. The grab/pickup option was unavailable this time but they had a “Same Day Delivery” option but with a 200 peso SF. Inisip ko na I would pay around that much if ipa grab or lalamove ko so sige I'll take it. But alas it didn't arrive on the same day as promised (inisip ko bc I ordered at 2PM baka di na naman abot sa cutoff kung meron man) but then today I received a text that ready for pickup na yung order ko, and ako naman si tanga, nakalimutan na I already paid a shipping fee already and I immediately booked a grab. I get my parcel from my condo lobby and notice na it's weirdly light, and when I get into my unit to open it–– woops! The box only contained my sample set but the full bottle was not in there and only when I checked my invoice/order confirmation email that I was reminded that I paid a shipping fee na pala. I've contacted the brand na and I'm hoping I can at the very least get the full bottle of perufme I ordered even though I didn't do the typical "unboxing video" protocol to prove na my order was incomplete because this so RARELY happens to me but I think after this I should really make that standard practice. 😩
