I'm turning 21 and going to Las Vegas in a few weeks for my bday. I really want to dye my hair pink ( like a soft bubblegum pink.) What are some good hair dye brands I can buy that aren't super expensive? And how do I keep the color in? ( btw, I have dirty blonde hair so I plan on bleaching it too )
