Looking Into Hair Removal Products

As someone with a heavy Scandinavian heritage, I have a lot of body hair. However, I have recently come out and am looking into removing the hair from basically everywhere but my head to achieve the look I finally want. What I want to know is:
- Is it "okay", in terms of skincare, for me to just get rid of it all, wholesale?
And 2. Would I need specific products for specific places, or is there an "All-In-One" solution?
If anyone can suggest any products, it would be greatly appreciated. I know next to nothing about beauty supplies, so this will be a great help!
