What’s causing these lines?

Hi! Looking for some help! I’m 31, if I look in the mirror, I look like the first picture, I don’t have lines/wrinkles on my face. But sometimes when I take pictures, I look like the second photo. I’m not sure what’s happening, my skin looks saggy and I have visible lines around my nose. I don’t know why, these photos were taken a week apart, coincidentally both around 6 pm. Thanks for any helpful advice you can share.
