Hi,
So I’m 29, male, and I workout pretty regularly. I suppose I have an athletic/slim build, but since I hit puberty I’ve always had an issue with fat being stored in my thighs and butt. I have a slim torso and it’s nearly impossible for me to get a gut, but it’s extremely easy for me to put on fat down there. I’m also extremely self conscious because I have cellulite on the lower half of my butt and upper thighs both when flexing and not. I seriously don’t know what to do. I workout and my diet is pretty healthy. I switch up plans after several months hoping something new might help, but nothing. I’m considering getting some treatment done to help but I don’t even know what that’d be.
Basically just want to see if anyone has experienced this and has found something that helps or if anyone with any actual medical/dermatology knowledge can recommend anything. I’ve fallen down so many rabbit holes online with people offering suggestions, but their situation is either totally different or the suggestions are not backed up by anyone. I know it’s not a the most researched or clear cut situation, but I need to do something about it.
