When you started out, how hard did you find the transition from Expert to Expert maps?
I've been playing beat saber for a couple of months (sub 30hrs probably) and I still consider myself fairly new.
I can beat all maps on hard mode confidently, including full clears on Camellia songs. I can beat most maps on expert, excluding Camellia songs (I do well but eventually stumble and fuck up).
But I can only beat FEW maps on Expert . I do give up quite easily, once I fail I don't re-attempt I just move on and try the next song to see what I can do.
Out of the handful of maps I have attempted this way, I have only beat Believer and Machine on E .
Going from hard to expert has been fairly easy but I'm finding the gap between E and E just impossible, like, my-hands-don't-move-that-quick-impossible.
I know map difficulty varies massively so some E will be far easier than others.
I'm sure it's just a question of practice more than anything, but how did you all find it?
Did you buy any equipment to help? I find my hands lose grip so easily on the controllers when doing harder difficulty. Then my focus goes more on not throwing the controller across the room, more than hitting notes, lol.
I'd be grateful if you could share some tips! I wanna beat Ghost on E ... maybe one day! :)
P.S. I am running completely default settings - just as the game comes. Default everything including controllers. I am completely new to my VR in general.
