Help a noob that just wants to play Beatsaber custom with a friend online.

Hey all! Had Beatsaber for a couple weeks and have been loving it. Me and my friend are trying to play custom songs together on multiplayer. We are playing Beatsaber through Steam.
Downloaded Mod Assistant.
Have Multiplayer Extensions.
Have BeatTogether.
Still don't see a custom folder option to pick custom songs. However if I use the bonus song search I can bring them up. However if I pick a custom song I get the "Song not loaded." Even though a custom song is there.
Is there an updated guide on how to play custom songs on multiplayer together? Or is it also mods are updating so it might be a bit before this all works again? Thank you for your help.
