Every time I listen to this song, I can only imagine the emotions that Sean feels every time he listens to this song, the anger that he was cheated out of a life-long relationship with his loving father, the sadness that his dad would have written and recorded this wonderful Love Letter to him at such a young age, and it's one of the only things he has left of John's love for him?
Regardless, it makes me sad for him every time I listen to it. But I wonder if Sean has gotten over that, accepted everything for what it is, and now listens to it with a peaceful remembrance to his father.
