I have, for the longest, been over weight for my age, but I’ve gotten over the feeling of hating my body. In fact, I can now say that I am proud of being a chubby cub, but I am now beginning to feel concerned about my health. I’ve been thinking bulking up instead of slimming down, ideally like a muscle cub build, but I also want to be sure that I’d be helping my body and not hurting it. So my questions are: -Is there a way to keep a thick figure with out being too heavy? -If so, how did y’all get there? -was there a definite change in health? Or does the extra weight cause more problems? -and what do I do to start in terms of building stamina and resisting soreness?
I am very determined to make this change in my life, and y’alls advice would’ve much appreciated! 😁
