Opinions Wanted -- The Feeld Dating App
Post Body

Hey kinksters!

I'm curious to know if any of you have used Feeld in the past/present, and if so what your thoughts on it as an app / platform for finding likeminded folk is.

Personally I never much liked Fetlife, I think there's a time and a place for it but at 28 years old I feel like Fet tends to cater to a slightly more mature age group. Feeld seems to be more 20's & 30's friendly.

My thoughts:

Pro's:

- Ability to have a lengthy bio. I'm picky and know what I'm looking for, so I feel like this helps me weed out people I wouldn't be interested in.

- A desires field to again put in what you want "Switch, monogamy, cuddle buddy, etc."

- Private photos. I think a lot of us don't mind showing off a bit, but generally that comes once we've made a connection with someone, so Feeld having the ability to make pictures private until you match is pretty nice.

- There doesn't seem to be a ton of catfish, OF ads, or scammers as of yet.

Con's:

- User base is kind of small. I know its more popular in places like San Francisco, but I think Feeld could do a lot better job advertising their service.

- Glitchy at times. I've had issues with the chat function consistently (though the silver lining is that it does help with getting people's numbers)

- Organizing your profile photos is a pain.

- Unicorn Hunters, so many unicorn hunters.
