Building upon my last post, my bunny wanted me to try something new. I decided to give her, her own rope collar and leash. She was being a bratty bunny, so I ended up binding both her arms and legs. I even gave her mouth something to do. (Make sure to test the collar out on your own neck first. See how it feels on you and then adjust for their best interest.)

I especially love the aesthetic of symmetry of the arm bind’s knots. They make an almost perfect cross shape. I used standard knots such chain, a single column, double column, larks head, four band larks head (some call it a cows head knot), and a few hitches here and there. For the collar, tie around the bight. It will not constrict anywhere around the neck while the chain structure keeps it thick and comfortable like a leather collar.

A big difference for my bunny was the sensation of jute rope. I seldom use this unless for punishment or for extra sensation play. She did not state any pain or discomfort in this tie. The jute rope is well conditioned with Jojoba oil/beeswax and as an added effort of making it soft, I run the rope between my hand a few times everyday. I’ve had this rope for about two weeks so it’s much softer and pliable now. It’s important to condition your rope. After the photoshoot, she stayed tied for another about 20min. Play was more impact than anything else today.
