Good quality restraints, or DIY?

Sorry if this has been asked before - I used the search function but couldn’t really find what I’m looking for.

Hey, I’m looking for a set of good quality restraints that don’t feel like they will break if more than 20 pounds of force is placed upon them. No posts on the bed so ideally, a set of wrist and ankle cuffs with adjustable straps that can be placed under the mattress. I’m based out of Canada, so Canadian websites are a bonus.

I’d also be fine making some DIY (or a hybrid - buy the cuffs, make the under-mattress strap perhaps?) if anyone has any suggestions on resources for that.
