Update: I’m very surprised everyone is saying ice and not heat.. I sat under my boyfriend’s shower head with hot water rinsing down my ass and it helped for a short period of time but it hurts again. Finally went to the bathroom and holy shit (literally) it still hurts to go. Definitely gonna try the ice stuff after shower #2
