alright ch'yall here's the 3rd version of my right side windmills!
was able to incorporate y'alls suggestion to use my head and damn, it was hard at first but when i got the coordination of it, the attempts felt way more circular and easier.
still working on the smoother collapse onto the shoulder then upper back and keeping my legs straight and wide.
feel free to suggest and what not.
