Turn on your headlights when it's raining: it's the law. Turn on your headlights when it's cloudy, foggy, or we have poor visibility the next week and a half. Visibility was pretty bad yesterday on I-80 and it was nearly impossible to see the gray, silver, and white ones.

The problem is people think since they have daytime running lights they don't need to turn them on, but that doesn't turn on the rear lights and with all the spray off the car you need those tail lights on
