Iโve been starting with Echo Meter II and I really like it. But the problem is the science and technology is still pretty new and about identification is not necessarily reliable. I want to talk to other users and develop a level of comfort with relying on the data. I know that if something is common in my area like Tadarida brasiliensis and the Eco meter detects that, then itโs pretty likely. On the other hand Tricolored bat sounds a lot like a Canyon bat call. TCB is a candidate species and just barely moving into this range.
