Help-Cannot connect to servers

Just a quick question. I've tried to join what seems like hundreds of battlefield servers but every time the message that I've lost connection to the session pops up. I've looked online and cannot find much to help me connect to the servers. I'm using my university's internet if that has anything to do with it.
I've tried uninstalling and installing multiple times, but that hasn't worked.
