BF4 won't load Dragon's Teeth or Final Stand maps

I had premium for this eine it was made free through EA Access in 2016, and I was able to play all the DLCs again. Occasionally I'll hop back on to BF4 to play and join a server with all the DLC maps.

Whenever I try to join a server running DT or FS maps I just get a black screen that loads and nothing happens (China Rising, Second Assault, and Naval Strike run fine). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the DLCs, made sure they were downloaded in-game, hard reset my Xbox One, and it hasn't fixed it.

Is there anything I can do? Has anyone else had this problem?
