Question about Switching accounts

So, i've played BF4 since launch 1st on the Xbox 360, then on the Xbox one which I bought premium on, and I have a question. I'm about to move over to PC, and if I do, will premium follow? I know individual dlc's don't follow over, as I had one on the 360, but will premium? I'm gonna be getting rid of my Xbox One, so i'd like to know. Thanks!
