Best way to buy BF4 on PC in UK

I haven't played battlefield since BF3, but I'll be building a new PC and would like to buy BF4. What's the best way to buy the game?

I'm particularly interested in Naval Strike as I enjoyed titan mode in 2142, other than that I don't know if the expansions are worth it.

It looks like BF4 alone can be brought for around £12, but the premium edition is £36, does the premium edition have everything, and is that the best option? Or should I just get BF4 and Naval Strike independently?

Is there a less expansive place to find premium edition I haven't seen?
