Can't launch BF3

Hey guys, I recently reinstalled Battlefield 3 and can't launch it.
Whenever I launch the game either on Origin or EA Launcher, it opens Battlelog but I can't join any server from there. I tried using Opera, Opera GX, Chrome and Microsoft Edge (which is not supported). I tried running the game as admin and Origin too but that didn't help. Every time I click Join server or just the join icon, nothing happens.
Any tips?
