Cant get the game to Launch

Just bought the game and have been unable to get the game to launch. I've tried a lot of fixes including; compatibility mode to Win 8, Launching from EA launcher, repairing the game, EA launcher and EasyAntiCheat. if anybody has any more suggestions it would be appreciated. I've been reading every where I can find anything about getting it fixed.
It will do the initial loading on my desktop and as soon as it launches a game window I'm left with a small black box on my desktop and the game goes nowhere from there. The image below is as far as i can get trying to launch the game.
