Anker or EcoFlow for powering Life support Medical Equipment
Post Body

Looking to buy a a large battery that can be used to plug in a CPAP, Oxygen Machine, Vent Humidifier and Suction Generator during outages.

We used a propane fueled generator during a recent Hurricane (15 lb tank?) and it lasted roughly 7 hours plugging in the medical equipment. I am assuming that means about 7kW = 15 lb propane tank?

I am not sure what the total power needed for the medical equipment is (family member is hooked up full time so can't really ungplug and test).

Looking for something that offers 3-4 hours (in time for us to get into town and turn on the generator, or for 911 to reach the house).

The largest size i've seen so far is Anker Solix 3800? Looking to have one unit with a battery backup that can have an output for heavy duty equipment.

thank you!
