I can now attest that he is truly a S tier character. Sadly, round 37 got me.
Characters ranked per damage:
1st: Finn missile build - 2m damage
2nd: SM - ~800k
3rd: Cdr Cassie - ~700k
4th: Max - 400k
*All three characters have epic & super rare trinkets, camo detect, and resist negative effects all throughout the game. I haven't included techno terror to compare all the characters above but their damage are ridiculous too.
