I'm missing my hammock shaded spots on parks along lake Michigan and reading on the big rocks as the waves crash.
As a kid who grew up in Louisiana and never got to really experience the Mississippi. Now that I'm so near. Any recommendations from bookworms on benches, or places you've gone? Seems to be mostly closed off but I've not really gone out much to explore. If there's some place to get pretty near, or any nice shaded areas around bodies of water. Scenic places. If you know em. Share em. Thank you. Specifically the Mississippi though. Going take my Mark Twain books out and read em there.
