So I've been running batocera off of a usb harddrive while I set everything up, ensuring it was going to work on the system I was installing it on.
I didn't even think to back anything up, and I clicked "install to another device" and I chose the internal ssd. I woke up the next day and it was stuck at 17%. I came back around lunch time and it was still at 17%. It wouldn't respond to anything, I had to hard shut down.
Now booting from either the USB drive, or the internal ssd brings me up to a fresh batocera. Now the only way I can even get the SHARE partition of the USB to mount is if I boot from SSD, and have the storage device set to the BATOCERA partition of the USB. Unfortunately, I can browse "files" and see that all of my media is still there, but it won't get found in an update gameslist while set this way.
None of it makes ANY sense. Is this system even salvageable?
