Alright, so it's been roughly a month that I've had a strict schedule imposed by my dom; and it's got a few interesting results.

So over the course of January, and until today, I was only allowed to empty my bowels between 45min and 1h after waking-up; a 15min window. I only went outside that window once for the whole month. As mentioned in my previous post, this was rough at first, but more interestingly its become rougher now.

First-off, my dom was entirely right about the urgency. If I happen to feel the need 35min after waking-up, those 10min are ... intense. And if by some curse of existence I would only feel the need to after the hour passed, I'm pretty sure I would start sobbing.

It also means I have adapted my morning schedule to this. I make sure I can rush to the WC during those 15min, whatever else happens.

It's really interesting how much this has increased the "need to go"; I will be playing with my dom in a couple days, and ... it'll be quiet something for sure!

On the subby side of things, I'm always a bit worried I'm going to miss the window. A few weeks ago doing so was bad, but manageable; now it would be dreadful! Though my dom has told me about their plan in case this happens; a rather mean humiliation that I frankly might consider just holding it for 24h instead [though in reality I'm sure I would take the humiliation, 24h is ... way too much]

It's been really interesting overall, and has for sure worked as hoped. I never quite felt like this, and ... it is ... quite something.

I do think it also empowers my dom tremendously. Something as simple as the threat putting the window 15min later as a punishment for the next morning is plenty to keep me in line. It doesn't require them to be able to receive a text, or to answer. Which is all rather awesome.

I'm also really looking forward to playing in person, again!
