First-off, it seems to be working. It's only been two weeks, but these past few days whenever I get the feeling "to go" around the allotted time, I really have to go. I'll just stop whatever I'm doing and go straight to the WC.

The first couple days were a bit rougher. Specially the second day when I felt like I had to go around 18h and had to wait for the next morning. There was also one day where my everything was a bit upset down-there and I had to go in the late afternoon [as mentioned previously, listen to your body - if you are not well, no-kinkplay].

I'm really curious to see how it'll stabilize in two more weeks. I'll post another update then!
