A little context: my dom will enact punishments when I missbehave. Usually they will just say smth like "alright, you're not using the bathroom for the next hour" to shut me up (it's pretty effective). Sometimes, however, I piss them off more so. When this happens, I know I am in for a much more terrible punishment (usually to be enacted on the coming week-end). This is one such time:

Week-end came, and here were my orders: I was to wake-up, get ready, put on a diaper (that's already a very bad sign), come to their place - I was also told not to drink coffee or poop that morning. When I got there, I already needed to poop, but only a little.

First we went for coffee As you can imagine, the urge got pretty strong... I was then told to wait, and so I did for about 30min (besides needing to void, I was also starting to have to pee).

At that point, as usual, my dom said they were going to the toilet. Like usual, they sat me next to them, and had me wait (I hate it when they use the toilet when I'm desperate, makes it so much worst!). However, unlike usually, I didn't get to get after them, I had to wait more (I was already pretty damn desperate) and started begging (I was told to stop "or else"). We went back to the bedroom, lied down on the bed, and they gave me belly rubs. Another 30min or so, and I was told I could go (finally, bliss!)... that coffee was horrible, I needed to go so bad.

Except I had to choose. I could do either one, but not both... Well, as you can imagine, I had to choose to pee; and so I did. At that point I was asked how I felt, I answered that I felt pretty bad, that my bowels were full and I was completely desperate. My dom then told me why I was being punished, asked me to apologise and to kneel:

After all that we kissed, I asked if I could finally poop:

- Yes, of course... after I've gone.

- A bit hesitant "but, didn't you go earlier?"

- Yes, I did. You'll have to wait for me to have to go again. (They only poop once a day - it was 11 in the morning)

- No, please, no... My tummy hurts, I hate it. Please, let me go.

- [laughing] didn't you misbehave?

- y...yes, but I'm sorry, I won't ...

- Then deal with it and shut-it. Now let's go for a walk.

So we went for a walk, I'd say about 40min. By the time we came back, I was insanely desperate. My dom went to the WC again, and I was allowed to pee afterwards. At that point I started sobbing, we went to bed and cuddled. I begged, whilst holding unto my belly with one hand and holding my dom's hand with the other. After making me apologise again, I was finally allowed unto the bathroom... only to sit on the toilet and have to wait five more minutes, and then, finally... heaven; release.

And... that's about it. It wasn't the worst punishment I got, and my dom has something truly horrible planned, but this is amongst the meaner punishment I have to endure every now and then. Punishments like this are fairly rare, I tend to behave to avoid them. But knowing they can happen does keep me in line.
