Looking to speak with someone who might be as focused on bathroom breaks as I am. I have an over active bladder. I'm constantly running to the toilet to relieve myself and lately I've been using the need to pee as a signal to stop edging for awhile in effort to maintain my denial.
I'd like to consider how to structure my bathroom breaks. I might begin tracking how frequently I go in a day and then, try to allocate a number of bathroom breaks that tapers down over time to increase not only my ability to hold but also the longevity of the holding.
Not married to any specific concepts. Just feeling focused on my bladder, maybe you will focus on it too?
