Question: if you pump at say 12am and not again until the next following day at 12am. Is that a day of rest? That’s 24hrs.

Just wondering I’ve been doing 2 sessions 2x8min sessions per day. It feels wrong not to pump during a shower, and yes I shower twice a day.
Thinking if I skip the morning session on certain days, that equals 24hrs/1 day of rest.
