PSA: If you redeem a reward while using BOPIS and the reward item is not available, be sure to call customer service because the reward does not automatically go back to your account, despite what sa tells you.

Perhaps this is common knowledge already but posting for people like me, who didn’t know this. I shudder to think about how many rewards I’ve lost (probably no more than three tbh but still)
Let’s say you redeemed a reward in store and the item was unavailable, you have to call customer service to have them manually add it back to your account.
Throwing this out there because the holiday sales are slowly creeping upon us.
