Any advice on an e gift card saying $0 balance?

I stupidly left a $50 gift card saved on the app and now itās showing as $0. I donāt know what happened but it was fine the last time I checked. I plan on calling customer service in the morning but can anyone guess what they might tell me? Iām assuming they wonāt just go āok hereās another $50 cardā but Iāll be really bummed if they canāt do anything to help. My account wasnāt hacked I donāt think so I have no idea what happened..
