If I order some new items on the SAS and it doesn't do good with by body chemistry can I exchange it in store?

I'm still not going out much in malls. My best friend has been by 3 times at our local mall to go for us. She sends me pictures of the lines over 50 people each time outside waiting in line to go in. So, can I by stuff online during the SAS, then if it doesn't work for me exchange it in the store? Or how does that work?
