Started dating again and now my long eared buddy is displaying anxiety.

So I started dating my neighbor about three months ago and up until about a week ago my buddy, Willie Nelson, was doing fine. But now if she comes over to stay the night or I go over to her place he begins to pace and won’t settle. He’s also displaying a nervous itch (which isn’t new he has always itched when nervous). However he’s got me worried because it’s getting bad.

I’m looking for suggestions on how I can manage this so both him and I can work through this together.
