Jack wholesale potential scam?

I'm not sure if anyone else is still waiting on their order, I reside in Ontario Canada and placed the order at the beginning of December and still have not received it (2months now). I emailed [email protected] which I assume is the right email.

I followed up the email recently asking for an update and no response whatsoever. The tracking number provided does not work. Any help?

Edit: the order was only for 2 jerseys

Edit2: jack was really nice and responded to my email after CNY and noticed it was lost in transit and sent one out ASAP. Received it two weeks later. Thanks for everyone's responses.
