Sold a Gem Mint (ISA) Lebron James on EBay - buyer pushing me for a partial refund

Sold the card a week ago and today the buyer sends me a message and tells me that the holder has two small chips to it. I honestly hadn’t noticed and offered him to send it back for a refund. He doesn’t want to send it back, but want me to partially refund him some of his money!
I mean WTF. Have any EBay sellers seen this before? Nothing wrong with the card and I have offered him to return it for a full refund.
