Advice on organizing cards

I need advice on organizing my cards. I’ve been in it for a few months now. I pretty much penny everything because why not, it is cheap. I top sleeve the popular guys I know and sort by make and series. My question is what do you do to organize so when a young guy gets hot out of know where you can find the card without going through every card I have? Thanks!
