Topps 206 Question

Hello, I looked through some posts and people talked about Topps 206 but not if they had received any yet. I bought some 206 the day it released but haven’t received them or even a notice that they shipped. I did receive an order confirmation from Topps though. Has anyone else experienced a similar thing? I created an incident with Topps and have messaged them 3 times but haven’t heard anything.
