I just hit this Tatis Dugout Peeks SP and noticed something was off on the picture. It appears that there is some kind of ink bleed running across the card. Has anyone had this before? I submitted a claim to Topps, but there wasn’t an option that matched my issue. Anyone had success with a replacement?
