Have you played both Baseball Mogul & Out Of The Park? Which do you prefer?

I've played Baseball Mogul for over a decade and like it, for the most part. There are often dumb bugs in the game, which makes sense since it's a small production.
I hear OOTP is more sophisticated, but how much so? Is it worth understand a whole new platform?
