Just trying to get a general consensus around the league.
If your team is rebuilding, do you trust your management and the young talent on your team to turn things around, or do you feel like things are destined for failure and changes need to be made ASAP?
If your team is contending, do you think the window is short, it could all just be a fluke, or are you confident that the good times are going to keep on rolling, and even if your team comes up short this year, youโre not worried about what comes next because of how well youre set up?
If your team is kinda stuck in the middle and not contending but not outright rebuilding, are you in favor of major shakeups/a restart that will change course, or do you think your team is close and just needs to make a few big moves to potentially put them over the top?
If your team has talent but is massively just underperforming and having a bad year due to injuries/bad luck, are you expecting this to be the norm for a little while, or do you think little needs to change and to just run in back going forward with an expected return to norm?
Feel free to discuss, Iโm interested to hear the replies!
