What Is Arbitration?

In my last post, I offered up the players involved in arbitration, their position, MLB service time, and 2013 bWAR. This time, I'll be showing the players, their position, whether or not they've already taken a deal (split into two categories, as you'll see), and if not, what their and their team's initial offerings are.

Since I'm writing this all up as of 9:20 AM, information may have changed by the time this is posted, or anytime thereafter. If you notice I have dated information, comment or PM me and I'll change it.
