How well would a MLB/Team USA do at the Olympics?

I know the MLB’s season is the same as the Olympics and they don’t break, unlike the NHL/WNBA. But if magically they did do it and we were able to field an Olympic team with the best of the best, how well would Team USA do?

Would the results just be like the WBC?

Also disclaimer, I am a complete rookie and novice in baseball. Only asking because still get the occasional Olympics suggestions which got me thinking. Also the news that baseball is back in 28 and that the NHL is back to breaking for the Olympics got me wondering.
