Will Vegas still be a blackout zone hell if/when the A’s move?

I know this isn’t super important, but I was curious about what happens to the blackout restrictions in Vegas once the A’s move there. Currently Vegas is blacked out of A’s, Dbacks, Dodgers, Giants, Padres, and Angels games on MLBTV. Will that change to only being blacked out of A’s games once they become local?
