Need ideas for garnish

I crafted an espresso old fashioned for my bar but I need some sort of eye catching garnish.
I'd like to use chocolate covered espresso beans somehow, but cant think of a way to display them since they'll just sink like a stone.
I'm using a burnt caramel syrup and want to pour the caramel on a sheet tray before diluting with water, let it cool, then shatter it and display with a sugar shard.
Looking for simpler ideas, but open to all
