I’ll go first

Good: feel like it has sharpened me up, I really am not afraid to tell people what I think or otherwise to fuck off when I feel walked on or disrespected which wasn’t true about me before

Bad: feel like the lifestyle can get distracting very quickly. When something in life gets hard I.e. school, family, relationship everyone around you is just rooting for you to let loose and disregard your morals and as you grow up you start seeing close friends less and less and you can get trapped in a group of people that you typically wouldn’t have been influenced by
