Good spots in Boston to work?

I work south of Boston at a decently nice family establishment, for reference I’m 24 and probably the youngest one there both coworkers and customers alike. I make solid money but I’m trying to save a little more for school and I’m also ready for a jump up “to the big leagues” if you will.

I’m a pretty big sports fan so Cask n Flagon really interests me. I’m not opposed to a more finer place too bartender I work with now used to work at Del Frisco’s in Boston and recommended that as well.

Overall just looking for a change of pace and decent upgrade in pay, lmk of some good spots
