How well do these work?

Anyone have experience using these in a busy setting? Are they durable? Fast? Anyone know the range of portions that they will pour? Or what pourers work with it?
I found them at https://www.hotelrestaurantsupply.com/PWC-44056-06.html with little info and no reviews. They are made by Paderno but I was unable to locate them on their website.
