First customer of the night (9pm) a lady comes up and screeches 'SMILE!!!' at me in a voice that is way too loud for the situation.
I ask her and her friends what they'd like to drink, and make their order. $17.25 total, give her the change from her $20 and she says 'No Smile, no tip YOU FUCK' then turns to walk away.
I waved security over and had her tossed. I don't care if people tip or not, but I wont accept any name calling, or rudeness to staff (or other customers). The second you treat me, or any of the other staff with abuse, you're out.
